One of the easiest ways to help guarantee good customer service is to let the customer
know what you can do for them, not what you cannot do. An example of this might be, “I can’t process your order
until we’ve received your payment.” A more positive “can do” statement would be, “I’ll
monitor/look out for your payment and process your order as soon as I receive it.”
